Arroz con Pollo
A home-style favorite of saffron short grain rice, boneless chicken thighs, wild mushrooms, green peas, Manzanilla olives and hard boiled egg. Asparagus, Palacio chorizo and roasted Piquillo pepper salad. Finished with a splash of Estrella Damm beer.
Paella de Mariscos
Paella of shrimp, clams, mussels, Mahi-Mahi fillet, squid and baby octopus. Saffron “Bomba” short grain rice. Roasted Piquillo pepper salad.
