All breads are baked when ordered on the walls of a clay oven known as the Tandoor. Stuffed breads make great appetizers
Marinated lamb, chicken or shrimp are skewered and baked in the Tandoor over mesquite charcoal. This is a very healthy and low-fat cooking method. All marinades are yogurt based and mildly spiced.
Basmati rice is served with all entrees. Rice is flavored with black cardamon, bay leaver, cumin, cinnamon, cloves and vegetable oil.
Items are sauteed with onions, bell peppers, and green chilies with a bit of masala curry and other spices. May be ordered Medium spice or Hot.
